An <a href=\"http:\/\/www.schoolsdebate.com\/mailing.asp\">e-mail list<\/a> also exists to facilitate discussion between meetings and votes may be taken either at the physical meetings or by e-mail. See the <a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/docs\/rules.asp#council\">section of the Rules<\/a> regarding the Worlds Council.<\/p>\n<p>An <a href=\"http:\/\/www.schoolsdebate.com\/exec\/\">Executive Committee<\/a> is elected annually by the World Council to chair working groups looking at WSDC issues and make certain decisions within their remit.<\/p>\n<p>Minutes of Worlds Council Meetings are available from <a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/years\/1999\/council.asp\">1999<\/a>, <a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/years\/2001\/minutes.asp\">2001<\/a>, <a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/years\/2002\/Council_Minutes.doc\">2002<\/a>, <a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/years\/2003\/minutes.doc\">2003<\/a>,<a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/years\/2004\/2004_minutes.doc\">2004<\/a>, <a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/years\/2005\/minutes_2005.doc\">2005<\/a>, <a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/years\/2006\/minutes_2006.doc\">2006<\/a> , <a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/years\/2007\/minutes.doc\">2007<\/a>, <a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/years\/2009\/2009_agm_minutes.pdf\">2009<\/a>, and <a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/years\/2010\/2010_minutes.pdf\">2010<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>As of 2009, World Council Meetings were replaced by Annual General Meetings of the newly formed World Schools Debating Championships Ltd (WSDC Ltd).
